Not all of my regular roster players can attend.  Are guest players allowed?
Yes, we need 2 copies of the players birth certificate copy (one copy is kept at the registration tent) or state association player pass card and photo id in order to roster your player on your team.

Are we allowed to double roster a player?
Yes, but the player can not play for more then one team in the same bracket.  Premier players should be play in premier brackets unless they are playing up from their normal age group.  Also we ask that no more than two premier players be placed on any Open Division A roster.  No premier players should be placed ! on any Open Division B roster.

When do I need to check-in at the Tournament?
Check in will start beginning Friday, May 23rd at 5:30 PM in Sandwich High School (to the rear of building), or on Saturday May 24th at the registration tent up to 30 minutes prior to the start of your first game. If registering on Saturday, please be aware that the registration tent location may not be the same location that your team will play its first game (there are 4 different field locations). If this is the case, plan to register your team at least 1 hour prior to your first game to allow time to travel to the designated field.

Medical Release Forms must be filled out and handed into the registration tent prior to the first game along with two copies of your team roster.

Is this a Patch Tournament?
Not officially, as we will not require teams to do so, BUT be advised that U9 and U10 Sandwich Teams will share patches and we encourage teams at these age brackets to do the same since this is a Friendly Tournament at these age groups.

What about Trophies?
Yes, trophies will be provided for all 1st and 2nd place teams for U11 and up, as well as all participants in U9 and U10.

Are there any night games?
There will be some night games Friday night.  Please check the schedule starting on our about April 30th for more details.

Will I have any Monday games?
All playoff games are held on Monday for those teams U11 and above that qualify.  Regular schedule games would only occur on Monday to due weather or other related reschedules.

Will all of my games be at the same location?
NO, we have four different sites.  Please check the schedule page starting April 30th for details.

Who should I see at the Tournament if I have any questions?
All Tournament Staff and Field Marshals will be wearing brightly colored shirts.  If they can not help you they will direct you to the main tent.

Will there be a professional photographer at all four locations?
YES, but you will need to visit the main location (Sandwich High School) for ordering and review of proofs.  Team photos will be taken and information will be distributed in the coaches packet at check in.

How will I be notified of any schedule changes?
All teams should check in with registration tent for any last minute schedule changes
or field changes.
In the event of weather related problems, we requested hotel and cell phone information from all coaches during on-line registration.  We will make every effort to contact your team so that you may spread the word amongst your players/parents.  We will also have a master schedule board at the Sandwich High School near the main tent that will be kept up to date through out the Tournament.

How can I check on scores and standings during the tournament?
All scores/standings are posted at the high school.  Scores from other field locations (other than the high school) are called in by the Field Marshall so please be patient.

What if my team is currently waitlisted?
We are making every effort to accommodate all registrants prior to April 1st.  Please check with us if you have not yet heard your status.
