1. Not all of my regular roster players can attend. Are guest players allowed?
Yes (limit 4), we need 2 copies of the players birth certificate copy (one copy is kept at the registration tent) or state association player pass card and photo id in order to roster your player on your team.
2. Are we allowed to double roster a player?
Yes, but there is a limit of 4 players per the teams where the player is double rostered. The player can not play for more then one team in the same bracket. Premier players should play in premier brackets unless they are playing up from their normal age group. Also, we ask that no more than two premier players be placed on any Open Division A roster. No premier players should be placed on any Open Division B roster.
3. When do I need to check-in at the Tournament?

4. Is this a patch tournament?
Not officially, as we will not require teams to do so, BUT be advised that U9 and U10 Sandwich Teams will share patches and we encourage teams at these age brackets to do the same since this is a Friendly Tournament at these age groups.
5. What about Trophies?
Yes, trophies will be provided for all 1st and 2nd place teams for U11 and up, as well as all participants in U9 and U10.
6. Are there any night games?
Night games may be played on Friday night. Please check your schedule carefully on line when posted.
7. Will I have any Monday games?
All playoff games are held on Monday for those teams U11 and above that qualify. Regular schedule games would only occur on Monday to due weather or other related reschedules.
8. Do you have recommended hotels?
Yes, please see the Lodging page for more information.
9. Will all of my games be at the same location?
NO, we have several sites. Please check the schedule page for game locations and information.
10. Who should I see at the Tournament if I have any questions?
All Tournament Staff and Field Marshals will be wearing brightly colored shirts. If they can not help you they will direct you to the main tent.
11. How will I be notified of any schedule changes?
All teams should check in with registration tent for any last minute schedule changes
or field changes.
In the event of weather related problems, we requested hotel and cell phone information from all coaches during on-line registration. We will make every effort to contact your team so that you may spread the word amongst your players/parents. We will also have a master schedule on-line with GotSoccer. This will be updated during the course of the tournament. Emails will also be sent to team contact(s) to alert changes.
12. How can I check on scores and standings during the tournament?
All scores/standings are posted at the high school. Scores from other field locations (other than the high school) are called in by the Field Marshall so please be patient. The scores will also be posted on-line with GotSoccer.
13. What if my team is currently waitlisted?
We make every effort to accomodate all registrants prior to the posted deadline. Please check with us if you have received updated status for your team.
