To help expedite check-in, CLICK HERE for all forms needed to complete your team registration for the Cape Cod Challenge Cup Tournament. PRINT THEM OUT and fill them out BEFORE your arrival at the registration tent. YOUR TEAM WILL NOT BE CHECKED IN without these completed ahead of time.
Thank you for your help in our new check-in process. We hope this will speed up and make check in easier for you to start your weekend on Cape Cod and great soccer!
Bring all the completed forms to the final team check-in at the tournament on Friday May 24th from 6pm - 8 PM at Sandwich High School (to the rear of building) or on Saturday May 25th at 7:00 AM, or no later than 1 hour prior to the start of your first game. Check-in on Saturday will be at the registration tent outside Sandwich High School. NOTE: If registering on Saturday, please be aware that the registration tent location may not be the same location that your team will play its first game first game so allow time to travel to your designated field.
2013 Tournament Fees are as follows:
U9 & U10 - $575 per team
U11 & U12 - $595 per team
U13 & Up - $625 per team
Team Cancellation Policy:
1. Registration opening to April 1st, 2013 - $50 Cancellation Fee
2. April 2nd to April 30th, 2013 - $100 Administration Fee
3. After May 1st - NO refund
Tournament Cancellation Policy:
In the event the entire tournament is cancelled, the tournament's policy is to refund entry fees after all costs are covered as determined by the Tournament Director and President of sponsoring club (SSC).
