Registration for the 2010
Sandwich
Soccer Club Season
is a 2 Step Process.
Registration Fees are as follows:
$110.00 per player for the first family member, $95.00 for the second family member and $85.00 for the third family member, with a max. cost of $290.00 per family. |
 Step 1: Register Online
If you registered online with Sandwich Youth Soccer (SYS Rec.) this year, then using the same email address and password will make registration even easier!! |

Step 2: Attend Registration Night - Dec. 3rd, 7:00-8:30pm - Oak Ridge School
Parents should bring with them the following items: recent passport sized photo of player, COPY of the birth certificate, $50 performance bond check and registration payment (if not paid on-line). Players DO NOT need to be present this year, unless ordering a uniform (for sizing purposes). Parents will sign medical release forms, zero tolerance policy and fill in volunteer opportunities.
