Step 2: Attend Registration Night
Date and location to be determined
Parents should bring with them the following items: recent passport sized photo of player, COPY
of the birth certificate, $150 performance bond check dated June 1st and registration payment (if not paid on-line). Players DO NOT need to be present, unless ordering a uniform (for sizing purposes). Parents will sign medical release forms, zero tolerance policy and fill in volunteer opportunities.
