For use of Sandwich Soccer Club facilities and/or player participation in events other than MYSA-sanctioned events (e.g. private practices, end-of-season celebrations, etc.) to be held at the Club's fields located at Sandwich Water District ("Bob's Fields").
To obtain permission, please reach out to [email protected] and [email protected] with details of the event as soon as possible but no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.
If use of the fields are approved, please scan and email all completed waivers to the Registrar ([email protected]) prior to the start of the event. Any individual (child or adult) without a completed waiver on file before the start of the event is not eligible to participate.
